No internet connection after a power outage

Hello,
my electricity provider mistakenly canceled my subscription and also applied a limitation to the power supply. As a result, I was without electricity for a few hours, and they restored it but with a limitation until my meter is reactivated.
Everything is working normally now, but my box (SFR box) still doesn't connect to the internet. Restarting the box doesn't change anything. Could this be related to the power limitation? Would it still be ongoing?

Hi,
No, it's definitely more likely due to a setting being changed after the outage, it happens sometimes, fortunately rarely.
What lights do you have on the box?
It's better if you contact SFR.

The Wi-Fi light is on as well as the power light.
