My Freebox is stuck on step 2.

Hello
My Freebox has been stuck on step 2 since yesterday
I have plugged and unplugged it and still the same problem
I am connected to fiber optics

    Hello,
    You need to contact Free, they are the only ones who can help you, as it could be either a problem with your line or your Freebox is faulty. Contact Free at 3244 or via FaceToFree. If you can't reach them on your first try at 3244 and they tell you that due to a high volume of calls, blah blah blah... call again immediately. After 4 or 5 tries, you'll get through.
