Step 2 to 3 issue stuck on Freebox

It's been over 4 days since my Freebox (which my connection and smart TV depend on) has been stuck between step 2 and step 3 when I restart it. I've called Free several times without reaching anyone on the line, just recorded voices; I don't think they will solve much. I'm asking for your advice, or if this has happened to you before. Thank you in advance.

    it's not the box that needs to be unplugged

    you need to check the filter with the RJ11 cable that goes from the back of your box to the phone socket it's connected to

    personally, I had the same problem when vacuuming, I "slightly" pulled/unplugged the filter from its place and I had the same error (stuck on step 2 >> step 3)

      The cable connected to the telephone socket? I've already plugged it back in and nothing changes.
