Hello,
It seems that the update is done via the internet, through a link received by email after ordering:
http://boutique.audeo.fr/fr/mises-a-jour-des-cartes-/40-mise-a-jour-europe-de-l-ouest-camping-car.html
- Does your GPS have a Wi-Fi connection? Without indication of the exact type, I couldn't find it
- Otherwise, if you need to do it via USB connection to the PC, usually there is (like for TomTom, for example) software to install on the PC, and it is the one that allows recognizing and managing your GPS.
Have you read the manual carefully?
See you!

Hello.
I managed to download the POI and MAP to the computer, but when I connect my GPS, Windows doesn't recognize it. This is the fourth year I've done updates, and I've never had this problem.
My GPS is an Audéo 7010X7 for motorhome.- Re
If this can help you:

Normally, you should only connect the GPS via USB after turning it on and opening its home menu..
In fact, the GPS behaves like an external disk
After connecting, if it is not recognized, go check in device management, it is probably listed under "other devices" or disk drives?? Inspect the potential driver.
A+
