Hello I changed the scanner glass and it doesn’t work anymore after (it worked very well before) why? "thank you for your attention"

    Hello. My all-in-one 5520 printer works, but I can’t copy or scan, it says scanner failure, turn off and on, but nothing helps. I changed the glass, reassembled everything, and the scanner no longer works (it worked before I reassembled and put the screws in)
    What could be the cause please? Thanks in advance ⏩

      Hello yes I replaced the broken glass, I had trouble because I don't have a diagram, when I reassembled, the scanner worked very well despite a bad assembly, now I managed to get everything to fit snugly but the scanner no longer works, I think there is an element that is misplaced but since I don't have a model, I can't find it.

      Yes, she’s doing very well, but the scanner isn’t working anymore; there’s an element I placed poorly, but since I couldn’t find a diagram, I don’t know what to do.

    Hello, someone told me that the scanner’s power supply isn’t working, yet the printing works. Would the scanner have a different power supply? I don’t understand, I can’t scan or copy from the printer. Could a kind soul please help me? Thank you
