Hello,
My Photosmart 5520 printer no longer prints in black, so I changed the cartridges; they are authentic.
I cleaned the print heads and aligned them. It returns the test results
in color (what a waste of cartridges) but never prints in black. I urgently need it
to copy pages in black; thank you to anyone who can help me out.

Hello,
Please try resetting the printer as follows:
1. On the front panel of the printer, click once on the home icon (the home icon being inactive).
2. Click once on the back arrow icon (the arrow being inactive).
3. Click twice on the home icon (the home icon being inactive).
4. A hidden menu will appear, click on Service Menu.
5. Scroll down to Resets Menu, and confirm with OK.
6. Scroll down to OOBE Reset, and confirm with OK.
7. The printer will turn off, please turn it back on.
