PS4 controller sync issue

Hello. I went on vacation to a friend's place, so I brought my two PS4 controllers, which I synced with his PS4. Upon returning from my vacation, I tried to connect my controllers to my PS4, but nothing works. I searched everywhere on the internet, and no case is similar to mine. Let me explain:

I have two controllers, one black and one red. The USB cable of the PS4 reacts with the red controller: when I plug in the controller, the light turns orange then turns off immediately. The same happens when I try to turn on the controller; at the end of the white flashing, an orange light appears then turns off with no response from the PS4.

The second controller, on the other hand, does not react with the PS4's USB cable or even with another USB cable; nothing happens except for the white flashing.

I tried to reset both controllers with the button next to L2, but nothing works! I'm really stuck and I really need help...

If you don’t succeed the first time, call it "version 1.0".

So I have a stand to charge the controllers. When I got home, I charged both of them and it worked perfectly. However, now when I plug the controllers into my computer, it does exactly the same thing as with the PS4, the orange light turns on and then immediately turns off.

OK. I just wanted to clear up any doubts about a potential defect with the USB ports on the PS4 or something.

Did they charge properly on your dock? Both of them? We can't rule that out as a potential cause of the problem...

One of them doesn't turn on at all, while the other turns off as soon as it turns on? If you turn on the PS4 manually and then plug in the controllers, is it the same story?

Have your controllers been left in a place that's too hot or exposed to the sun, causing them to overheat?

Because at this point, I would say it's a battery issue... apart from changing the battery to check, I don't have many other ideas. Because if you've checked with other cables, reset the controller, etc., but the issue persists... it's the battery or damage to the controller that could have occurred during transport or once you got home...

Well, they traveled in a suitcase, I was in the train and I could see the suitcases with my own eyes, and on top of that, they were shockproof suitcases! I may not have mentioned EVERY problem... Before I left for vacation, I tried to sync two foreign controllers to my PS4 with a USB cable that wasn't the one for the PS4, and there was no response from the controller or the PS4.
And for the batteries, I have battery level indicators on the dock, they were orange when I plugged them in and now they are blue when I connect them, so...
