Ma manette PS4 ne s'allume plus. Que faire ?

Bonjour,
Hier je jouai à ma ps4 mais ma manette c'est complètement éteinte faute de batterie je la met à charger plus de 3h toujours rien , j'arrive je ne sais comment après plusieurs tentatives à l'allumer 30 sec mais sa me dit que la batterie est faible et que faut que je charge (alors qu'elle est connectée au fil) et elle s'éteint. Je l'ai laissé chargé toute une nuit et toujours rien je n'arrive même plus à l'allumer.
Je l'ai depuis moin de 2 semaines j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider merci d'avance

Good evening,

Check that your controller is off and unplugged.

Press the reset button on the controller for 10 seconds.
The reset button is located on the back of the controller, see image: http://faq.en.playstation.com/euf/assets/images/FAQ%20Images/resetbutton.jpg

Reconnect your controller to your PS4 using the USB cable provided with your PS4 and leave it connected for about ten minutes and press the HOME button.

Let me know if it worked.

Thank you for your help, I just pressed the reset button and plugged the controller into the PS4 and now I'm waiting for about ten minutes. But remind me, I might look silly, but the home button is the PS button, right? (I don't want to get it wrong)

But what should I do if the controller lights up orange when it's charging but does not turn on?
