Step 2 to 3 issue stuck on Freebox

Question

It's been over 4 days since my Freebox (which my connection and smart TV depend on) has been stuck between step 2 and step 3 when I restart it. I've called Free several times without reaching anyone on the line, just recorded voices; I don't think they will solve much. I'm asking for your advice, or if this has happened to you before. Thank you in advance.

it's not the box that needs to be unplugged

you need to check the filter with the RJ11 cable that goes from the back of your box to the phone socket it's connected to

personally, I had the same problem when vacuuming, I "slightly" pulled/unplugged the filter from its place and I had the same error (stuck on step 2 >> step 3)

Hello,

You need to call 3244 to get a counselor on the line.
They will open a ticket and someone will come to your place to fix it.
In my opinion, the issue is not with the Freebox but with your line.
Either from inside or outside.

re  as for the line, it's possible because there have been storms not long ago. Hi, If thunderstorm --> 3244 and they will replace it for you. If you can't reach them, redirect the voicemail to the sales department and then ask them to transfer you to technical support.
