Hello, I would like a precise answer to permanently remove the demo mode from my iPhone X that I bought from a private seller because the overheating is really horrible during use...

Do you have a radical solution to propose?

P.S.: The model numbers are typical of a demo.

    Hello,

Normally, the store where you bought the iPhone should not have sold you the demonstration model.
You need to restore it https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT201252

    Best regards.

Hello again, thank you for your response, but as I mentioned in my previous comment, I bought it from an individual who himself bought this phone from another individual secondhand, so concretely, step by step, how should I proceed to remove this demo once and for all, which is really horrible in terms of the product's abnormal functioning...

Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello,

As mentioned earlier, I think we need to restore the iPhone using iTunes or 3UTools!

Thank you for your response, but I would like to know if you have already had the opportunity to use a demo phone so that you can advise me like this. And thank you for the information about the software that I didn’t know about. If you recommend going through that one, I will follow your advice. By the way, if you have a specific one even more detailed to ensure I remove this demo, I am interested.

      Hello,

Demo phones are often stolen or go through strange channels, which is why I've never had one to fix.
However, once again, a simple restore with iTunes or 3UTools will do the trick. So give it a try and keep us updated.
