Hello,
I changed the broken screen of my iPhone 5c without turning it off, and after removing and replacing it with a new screen, I tried to turn my phone on and nothing happened. I charged it all night and still nothing.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
That's how we learn, next time you will know to turn off the phone before changing the screen.

Hello,
A bit of reading on the same topic:

If your iPhone is indeed recognized by your computer, try erasing it from iTunes in DFU mode; the system will be reinstalled. Apparently, it’s the system that is faulty...

Be careful, the process isn’t that easy, as the iPhone disconnects after about 20 minutes, and you need to reconnect it when the iOS download is finished (about 1.5 hours).
If you can't do it, hand it over to a phone repairer; it should cost you around ten euros.
Hoping that it is recoverable, and that you made backups on iCloud...
Be aware that you might have difficulties with your Apple account during restoration, so make sure you know how to access it from a PC.
Good luck...
See you later...
