Hello,
Following the last storm, my Revolution box has died... I would like to retrieve the Femto in order to connect it to my new box.
I've been pulling on the orange box, but nothing is coming out. Could someone please help me?

The FemToCell box is now included in the Freebox Revolution, so the one you will receive as a replacement for the one that has died should have a FemToCell box. But for more certainty, contact Free at 3244 or via FaceToFree.

I just managed to remove it. The small removable panel was obstructing the extraction.
However, I received the new one and there is no FemToCell unit inside!

In 2022, following a storm as well, I had the same issue. I contacted Free who sent me a new server, but made it clear that I needed to retrieve my Femtocell before sending it back because it's a paid rental (10 euros once) and I would only return it the day I cancel my subscription.
It turns out that I had still forgotten to take it out...
When I realized it, I called them and they retrieved it and sent it back for free.
But if I had delayed a little longer, I would have risked bearing the cost: not declared in the return of my box (which is normal), so if not reported by the recipient, no proof and therefore at our expense.
This was not the case, they were responsive, thank you.
It's worth noting that not returning it costs us 100 euros...
