Hello,
Hello, after connecting our new TV with the Freebox Pop, our screen turned pink. We know that the problem does not come from the TV, but from the box. We have been advised to go into the color settings of the box, but it is impossible to access them as the color settings are grayed out. Can you please help us?

it's the Pop player that needs to be connected to the TV with an HDMI cable
