Free Box TV Error 20-e4

Since this evening, when I turn on my Freebox after installing a new firmware
my Freebox TV gets stuck at authentication and shows: error 20-e4 authentication error.

    My Freebox HD TV is stuck on network. How do I unlock it?
    It starts on Freebox and stays stuck on network. Thank you for helping me.
