My Canon MG6450 scanner startup program via Quick Menu gives me an error message, then the startup icon disappears!
I have reinstalled the software twice, but nothing works. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

Good evening,
Please perform a complete uninstallation of the Quick Menu program before reinstalling it.
So, do the regular uninstallation by going to Settings > Applications > Canon Quick Menu
Additionally, delete the directory C:\Users\<your Windows account name>\AppData\Roaming\Canon\Quick Menu
(AppData is a hidden folder).
If that doesn't work, completely uninstall the printer and scanner (by going through "Devices and Printers") and in Roaming, delete the Canon folder.
You can also use CCleaner to remove any leftover registry keys (if there are any).
You should be pretty sure to start from scratch for a new installation.
