Canon quick menu, the scan option has disappeared.

Hello,

I have a Canon MX 490 series printer associated with Quick Menu, which I mainly use to scan documents or photos. I've had it for over a year, and so far it has been working.
However, all the scanning options in Quick Menu have disappeared! I turned the computer off and back on, but nothing works. How can I restore the functionality?

    Go to the Canon website and reinstall the tool.
