Canon Quick Menu has stopped working

Hello,
I have a problem with the software for my Canon Pixma TS5051 printer.
After using it for 6 months without any issues, today the software will no longer open and the message "Canon Quick Menu has stopped working" appears.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling while clearing the registry using CCleaner in between, but to no avail; running as administrator has also not worked.
Installation via CD-ROM and installation from the Canon website... nothing works!!! I can't scan documents anymore!
Basic printing still works, but without access to the software, the rest of the functions are currently blocked...
So what do you think and what should I do?
When running a problem detection, Windows tells me the application is incompatible... I don't understand because it worked perfectly for 6 months...

Hello

try this.
_Uninstall the printer completely from your computer
_Restart your computer
_Unplug the printer for a few seconds and plug it back in
_Check the wifi connection if it is a wifi connection
_Reinstall the printer
