Hello,
Before reinstalling WINDOWS 10, when the QUICK MENU (Canon Pixma TS 8050 printer) was launched, it would position itself in the bottom right corner of the screen, just above the taskbar.
After the reinstallation, it no longer places itself in the corner. The position is fixed but changes if the display resolution is modified (NVIDIA settings).
However, it is impossible to reposition it as before.
The drivers are up to date.
I also noticed that upon launching WINDOWS (and background apps), a black square window briefly appeared on the desktop before disappearing.
Is everything connected?
How can I fix this issue?
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 73.0.3683.103

Hello,
I just did some tests with a display on 2 screens. Apparently, Quick Menu remembers the position when you change the resolution: I found it by itself on the 2nd screen.
So it's certainly not a version issue.
I suggest you completely uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller (available for download on this site) and then reinstall it.

I uninstalled with REVO and reinstalled QM and the updated driver.
And it works perfectly!
Thanks for the advice!
