Hello,

I resolved my issue by contacting the customer service from whom I purchased the TV, and they connected me with Market-Maker, which is the official support for Continental Edison TVs.

They provided me with firmware suitable for my model.

After that, you can try unplugging everything and then waiting about thirty seconds before plugging everything back in.

You also have access to the Android Recovery mode because some TVs have a joystick under the screen.

By holding a direction while connecting the power, you can try to access the recovery mode.

You can perform different button combinations by trying the following sequences:

IMPUT + 188 + OK, Menu + 1147, or 0000 with the remote control.

The factory reset can be done if you manage to access the settings by looking for the reset option.

But the famous firmware on USB stick was the solution for me.
