Hello,
The MSI GP60 2PE Leopard locks on the password screen if the Windows password is not entered correctly or if the system is in recovery mode.

Hello,
Are your data already backed up elsewhere?
The simplest option would be to reinstall Windows, without a Microsoft account, and then, as a precaution, disable BitLocker (Not desired when you don't specifically use it).
To install Windows, use the link to download the Windows ISO file to create a USB drive (8 to 16GB minimum) to upgrade, repair, or install WindowsOnce you have the Windows ISO file, you can create a Bootable USB drive with Rufus or Ventoy
In GPT mode for UEFI
Start it up using the PC's Boot Menu key
You can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"
Click (if offered): Previous version of the setup
Choose "Custom installation" (Not upgrade)
Not required to format if there is space, if there is data, it will be found in a Windows.old folder (which will be automatically deleted after 10 days)
Install on the same partition, or optionally, delete all system partitions and create a new one (Deletes data).
Ethernet disconnected, when Windows tries to force you to connect to a WiFi network, press Shift+F10 and type: oobe\bypassnro
Choose (I don't have Internet)
