Hello everyone,

here is my problem below:

- I have noticed several anomalies for some time now (I can't remember all of them), for example:
  • Google frequently closes on its own despite having open tabs (even though it's the penultimate version 66 of Google Chrome).
  • A lot of noise and memory process usage, especially when I connect to the internet.
  • etc. (I can't remember the other anomalies).


I want to clarify that:
  • I already have Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 installed for a long time.
  • Same for Malwarebytes free version and maybe also Rootkit Killer.
  • I am using Windows 8.1 64 bits.


Please help me resolve the issue, thank you very much.

Hello,

Avoid making multiple requests on the forums.

Start with FRST:

Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).

Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

Three FRST reports will be generated:
  • FRST.txt
  • Shortcut.txt
  • Additionnal.txt


Send these 3 reports to the site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to share them.
In return, provide the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new reply so that we can consult them.
