Messenger blocked on Wi-Fi

Hello,
Yesterday I uninstalled Messenger to replace it with the Messenger Lite version, and since then the app only works on 3G, and when I turn on Wi-Fi, Messenger doesn't connect anymore. I would also like to point out that during installation the following message appears (the Wi-Fi connection is blocked for Messenger, go to the Security Center > Data Control > Internet Connection Control) but I searched in the settings and I can't find a way to reactivate Wi-Fi. Thank you in advance for your help.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 66.0.3359.158
