Hello, I installed the Wifi amplifier Matignon via the app on my iPad. The network appears, but I am asked for a password to connect. I tried my iPad's password, but it was rejected. Can you help me? Thank you,
Lydia

    Hi,
a WiFi amplifier doesn’t exist, it's a WiFi range extender, because it retransmits on a different channel than the one it receives, at least I hope so.
Regarding the thing from Matignon, have you thought about reading the documentation?
I assume you installed it using that stupid WPS?
Either the key is unique to the extender, or it’s the one from the router.
By the way, isn’t the name more like Maginon instead of Matignon?

I read the notice. It is well noted "Wi-Fi Amplifier". And yes, Maginon and not Matignon! So, how to proceed?

The Chinese probably do not have the same understanding of words.
So read the documentation and apply it.
        See my second link.

Thank you, I will start over. I thought I had followed everything, but there must have been an oversight.

Thank you for the notice in large print. The WIFI repeater seems to be properly installed. It appears on the WIFI of my iPAD and my laptop. The lights are on, but the connection is not happening. What should I do? Thank you.
