Playing with a controller on Final Fantasy 15

Hello,
I have Final Fantasy 15 on my PC
But I only have a generic controller, it's a fake PS4 controller, a copy. However, it is recognized in my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
In the game, under: Settings > Keyboard and Mouse Configuration,
there are key mappings and combinations to associate in software like Xpadder, JoyToKey, etc., and it's impossible to configure!
-Do you know of any software that could automatically make my controller work with FF15, please?
-I tried the software: "x360ce_x64" and it's good because when I click on "record" for the sticks and buttons, it tells me to press here or there on my controller to recognize and record my actions in the software. But FF15 still does not recognize my controller despite having saved my profile in x360ce :-(

-Could the Steam software recognize my controller, because I don't have it? Is the software paid?
Thank you in advance for your help

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 66.0.3359.139

Well, no one answered me, that's fine! :) I found the solution by myself to get my controller recognized by Final Fantasy 15 Windows Edition. Actually, it doesn't work with fake DualShock 4 controllers and generic controllers. I had to buy an official DualShock 4 V2 controller for it to work.

I'm posting the solution for those who are interested:

To play with a DualShock 4 V2 controller on PC with a USB cable:
- Download the free software DS4Windows. Launch the software.
Plug the controller into the PC, or into the USB port located on your keyboard if you have one, and if DS4Windows shows numbers and letters under ID, and at the bottom right it says: "stop", then it's good, it recognizes it directly!
Then, do not close the software, otherwise the game will not recognize the controller; only the D-pad will work. So keep DS4Windows open, launch your game, and it will recognize both analog sticks! All buttons, triggers L1, L2, R1, R2, the start and select buttons, everything will work directly!!! :)
- However, if by bad luck you bought a fake DualShock 4 controller, because there are plenty of them in various online stores, eBay, and even some Amazon sellers, so be careful, DS4Windows will show you: "Fake controller" and the controller will not be recognized at all. Even with the X360ce software, only the D-pad and some buttons will be recognized, but the analog sticks will not be recognized, there's nothing to do, I tested it, and even with other generic controllers at 10 euros it doesn't work unfortunately.

Tested with my PC running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit up to date, i7 4790k, Asus Z97-A, MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB, 16GB G.Skill Trident X 2133MHz, Cooler Master G550M 550W power supply.
- Game tested: Final Fantasy 15 Windows Edition Fitgirl Repack

Reminder for all games to work you need :) :
- All Microsoft Visual C++ installed, the latest Microsoft .NET Framework, and for some games that do not launch: Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime, which gets uninstalled automatically when you reset Windows unfortunately. You can find it on the Microsoft website.
Long live DS4Windows and ENJOY ;)
