Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to play GTA 5 on PC with a controller using a different software other than Xpadder or DS3tool, because neither of them work.. with Xpadder the controller icon stays greyed out and with DS3tool my controller is not detected.. thanks!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 48.0.2564.109

Hi,
Of course, you need an Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller, which is automatically recognized by Windows since it's Microsoft.
You can also play with a PS3/PS4 controller, but being a Microsoft OS, you'll need to manually install the drivers for the controller to be compatible with the games.

Normally, it's not necessary; I had already used these software (the ones I mentioned) before and it worked very well, but I think it's due to Windows 10...
