Hello,
I've been struggling with my Swissvoice and Orange for 4 days now. I've never found a solution. The problem is that I can receive calls but can't make any. When I try to dial a number, there are strange and high-pitched sounds. I was made to change my box for nothing. They tested my phone at Orange, and according to them, it works fine. We reset the box. I even bought another phone to see if the problem is the same. Now I can make calls, but there's still a weird sound when picking up the phone, just before dialing the number. My Swissvoice has lost all its memory. I can't do anything in the menu anymore. I've removed and replaced the battery, and the phone charges normally.
I even called Swissvoice. They told me that they no longer make phones and that I need to take it back to where I bought it. Ugh! That's at Darty. I wonder what they will be able to do. Could someone from this forum help me clarify the situation?
Thank you, thank you.

Good evening,
To be able to provide assistance, it is imperative to know the model of this Swisvoice.
https://www.swissvoice.net/en/documentation
A detailed description of what is displayed on the handset's screen would be a plus.

Good evening baladur13, it is a Swissvoice e-pure model purchased in 2014. It has a base and an independent answering machine (it looks like a second base). Right now, the same thing always appears on the screen: searching. When I press ok, the Horl./Alarm menu appears, then personalize, with the different ringtones, etc., then advanced settings: subscribe (I don't know what that is) and there, when I press ok, I am asked for a PIN. I have never set one. And there are many features that no longer appear, for example, eco mode. Moreover, the little eco bars are constantly flashing. Before, they never did.

A priori, the fact that the three bars are flashing indicates that the handset has lost or cannot find the connection with its base.
Check that the base (where the telephone line is connected) is properly powered.
- Bring the handset closer to the base.
- Try removing the battery from the handset for a minute, then put it back in place.
If that does not resolve the issue
- Follow the "Register a new handset" procedure as described on pages 14 and 15 of the manual (15 and 16 of the PDF below)
