Crosscall phone and USB issue

Hello,
When I connect my phone via the USB cable, I get the following message;
the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it
How can I solve the problem

When you connect to the PC... on your phone screen, at the top left you have the USB icon, so press it or swipe down and choose the MTP or file transfer mode. I assume your cable is good and you've tried it on another USB port.

Hello

What model is your Crosscall and what version of Windows? Start by checking on your PC and in Device Manager if you have an exclamation mark, and if so, uninstall that driver and restart your PC.

My cable is OK
Test done on 2 PCs
In the top left, I don't have a USB icon
If I swipe the screen down, I find: the volume bar, the icons: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile data, airplane mode, auto-rotation, flashlight, location, screen casting, hotspot, NFC.

Test done on 2 PCs, is that what you say? And on both PCs, your phone is not recognized? So either your cable or a bug on the phone... In that case, factory reset... Just be careful, you can make your backups over Wi-Fi... For example, your photos on Google Drive, contacts on Gmail, etc.

It's not because it charges that your cable is good.. a cable is made up of several wires that are either for charging only or for charging and file transfer, etc..

I performed a factory reset with no result.
I tried with other USB cables (from several phones) with no result.
I am putting the issue aside, hoping to find a solution one day.
I will use my UMI.

Did you remember to press the power button on your computer as well as on your phone? Did you make sure your internet box is plugged in? Just pointless answers. PS: Did you think about the cable between the two?
