Canon printer stopped in the middle of printing

Hello,

I'm using a Canon MG3650 printer that I bought just under a year ago. Yesterday, I was making photocopies when it stopped, and since then, it won't scan or print, and the two little orange lights (on the left) keep flashing. I've checked everything on the outside, and it's fine. When I try to start the "troubleshooting" or nozzle cleaning on my computer, it shows "error" or that the printer is not responding, even though it is normally connected to my computer.
The worst part is that this is happening just when I have internship reports, presentations, and exams, and to top it off, I can't even find the warranty or the receipt :(
Please, if anyone has an idea of what the problem might be or solutions to suggest, I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 58.0

    Hello;

    Not knowing this type of printer, I still suggest you consult its user manual >> Available here
    Check the flashing alarms starting from page 834/948
    If the printer is less than a year old, and if the problem is mechanical, this printer is very likely still under warranty, so Canon's customer service should be happy to assist .......(?)

    Looking forward to your comments, but if there are none >> Resolved

    Best regards
