Hello. Recently arrived at Free, the black box (Freebox Pop) no longer works. I think it’s related to the day after activation, or the TV told me there was no internet, which I fixed by restoring the service and re-entering the key. Since then the box has had many problems and I’m still waiting for a call from Free. Does anyone know how to reset the remote? Step by step, since I’m not a tech virtuoso. The idea of removing the batteries doesn’t work. Thank you all for your help.
