Hello!
I come to you so that you can help me solve my problem! Indeed, my ASUS laptop is not starting up properly since this morning.
When I power it on, I see the welcome message (see image), but after that, a black screen with a spinning circle appears and prevents me from accessing the login screen... despite having left the laptop running all night, with no results.
Could you please help me?

Hello
turn off the PC
unplug it from the power source
remove the battery
press the power button for 30 seconds
put the battery back
plug it back into the power source
restart the PC
see you

Hello! It's finally working, something is displayed, and unfortunately, I had 2 options: On one hand, restart the computer which still led me to the same result upon restarting with a frozen screen on the spinning ball, or otherwise I have options but I don't know what to do to improve the problem? I am offered to Continue, Use a Device, Troubleshoot, or Turn off the PC.

Re
What operating system is your PC running (W7/W8.1, etc...)
How long has your problem been occurring?
For this >> Use a Troubleshooting Device
Do you have a repair support?
See you later

re
choose this one >> Windows Boot Manager, and you choose the HDD
PS: if that doesn't work, go to the "boot" tab in the BIOS and check if the HDD is set as "first boot"
I don't think I have a repair media, but I'm not really sure what that is?
It's a CD or USB drive that you should have created to be able to boot your system in case of problems (like now, for example)
let me know how it goes

re
ok, is your PC originally running W10 or did you migrate from W7/W8.1?

re
you will attempt a system restore via a restore point from a date prior to your "cleanup" action
press and hold the left SHIFT key on the keyboard
with the key held down, restart the PC, it will take you to the advanced options
on this page >> https://sospc.name/restaurer-windows-systeme-ne-demarre-plus/
look at the process starting from this >> Then Troubleshoot.
proceed with the system restore and let me know what happens

Damn, I had already thought about doing that but the downside is that an error message appears saying "No restore point has been created on your computer's system drive. To create a restore point, open System Protection." After opening, a new message --> System protection is only available on an online operating system.

Hum.. That's far beyond my skills, unfortunately, I'm not knowledgeable enough in IT to carry out all these manipulations ><
I think I'll ask an IT technician for help, but it would really annoy me to have to pay to fix such a stupid mistake..
Argh, even what you’re suggesting, I can't do it, I'm just stuck on the advanced options with no ability to do anything or even reset my PC since there's not enough storage and I can't free up space because I don't have access to the desktop.

I will do research on my W10

re
Do you have data to save?
When you are in the advanced options, if you click on "reset this PC", do you not have a page that opens with this:
1) keep my files
2) remove everything
See you!

re
Do you know the capacity in GB of your hard drive?
Do you have another PC on hand to download a Live CD?
See you later

re
28.7/30Go (the hard drive should start/initially at 32 Go)
with so little disk space, it’s not even enough for W10 updates...
given the hard drive usage, the pc runs poorly (not enough free space, you need about 15% free space for the hard drive to operate correctly)
even if you restore the pc to factory settings via the "recovery" partition, your problem will come back with the downloading and installation of updates
aside from changing the hard drive, I don't see what more you can do for this pc
PS: if you change the hard drive, you will need to buy a new license key
if you have any questions...
