How to remove the "administrator" application?

Hello everyone!
I'm currently facing a problem with my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy J7 - 2017). A problem, yes, but not one of malfunction (that would be unfortunate, I haven't even had it for a week...). So here it is, being a music enthusiast, I obviously installed the Spotify app. Yesterday on YouTube, I came across a tutorial explaining how to get the Premium version for free. Since the idea was super tempting, I decided to follow the procedure - not without fear, though. And I think my fear is confirmed. To explain; the guy in the tutorial laid out the steps as follows:
1) Go to security settings and slide the “unknown sources” section to allow downloading apps that do not come from the Play Store or Galaxy Apps.
2) Download the app “TuTu App” from the Play Store, open the app, remove the appearing ads, and exit.
3) Download the Spotify app and log in without using the Facebook connection.
4) Uninstall the “TuTu App.”

Up until the first three steps, there were no difficulties. The issue arises when it comes to deleting the TuTu App. While my Play Store shows that the publication is installed, I can't find it anywhere in my apps on the home screen or elsewhere... Worse still: when (in the Play Store) they offer me to “disable” the app, a pop-up appears, stating verbatim “This app is a device administrator. It must be disabled before uninstalling.”

Since installing this nuisance, I've also noticed that when I unlock my smartphone, there is always an annoying ad that pops up. I'm starting to despair. I tried to find the app outside of the Play Store, attempted to locate “Device Administration”... NOTHING. Following advice already given on the Forum, I also tried “safe mode.” No luck, the app is still nowhere to be found, even though it's present....

If anyone has THE solution, your comment would be greatly appreciated, really! Thanks for taking the time to read, and have a good day! :)

Good evening,
The best way is to reset it via the settings (through the menu) or to do a hard reset...
