My daughter reinstalled Family Link on her phone after her father had deleted the app from his phone, so now my daughter's phone is locked and we are being asked for the parental code that we cannot recover. What should I do......

To remove Family Link.
Go to your child's phone. In Family Link, at the top right, there are three dots: Account Info.
Inside, at the bottom, there is an option to delete the account. It will ask you for your own Google control account password.
And there you go, once the account is deleted, you can uninstall the app.

I've had the same thing happen before; you need to manually reset the phone on Samsung. Normally, you turn off the phone, press the volume buttons and the menu for 10 seconds, and you will reach a screen where you can only navigate up and down with the volume buttons.
