Hello,
I set up Family Link for my little brother, and to do that, I used my Google account, but my mom wants to have the administrative control.
How can I change the administrator on Family Link?

Are we talking about Google Play Family?
If so, I'm afraid you'll first need to 1) remove the family members, and then 2) delete the account.
Finally, recreate the main account with your mom's account, and then add the other members.
An account cannot belong to two "families," and to my knowledge, you can't change the administrator.
So make sure everything is erased before proceeding with creation.
PS: Family Link is convenient but "relative" because in the end, there are few eligible apps for "sharing." As a result, we can't even use "family" to, for example, "pay instead of."
The idea was good, in practice, much less so.
