Hello,
I am reaching out to you because I just bought a SENA 3S-W motorcycle intercom and in the manual, it explains that you can update the firmware. Anyway, when I connect my SENA headset to the PC, the PC informs me that the driver is not installed.
So here we go => Start = right-click, Computer = Manage = Device Manager = Sena3
Right-click on Sena = Properties
Message: Windows cannot verify the digital signature of the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a corrupted or incorrect signature file, or it could be malware from an unknown source. (Code 52)
I tried uninstalling the driver then restarting, but nothing, it's still the same... I tried various methods found on Google, but nothing works... do you have any leads, please?
