Hello,
My computer is running Windows 10 - version 1709 (operating system version 16299.371).
For some time now, I have been unable to log in with my PIN.
I get a message saying that due to a change in security settings, the PIN login is no longer available. To restore it, go to sign-in options > PIN > add.
I tried to do this, but I receive an error message when I click on add: "this request is not supported."

Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you in advance,
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 66.0.3359.117

- Log in with your Windows password to reset the PIN code.
- Click on "Sign-in options" and choose the Key icon to sign in using the Windows password.
- Click on Start / "Settings".
- Choose Sign-in options / Remove, then confirm.
- Restart the PC.
- Log in again with the password.
- Go back to Settings / Sign-in options.
- Then, under the PIN code section, click on Add.
- Enter a new PIN code and confirm with OK!
And that's it!
I have the same problem, I tried restarting with the Shift key held down and nothing happened, the link below isn't useful to me since I don't need to provide a fingerprint, does anyone have the solution?
Thanks in advance
