Camera configuration error

Hello,
During a download of Ciel accounting with W10, I receive an error message that prevents the software from opening:
c:\ProgramData\Ciel\Statics\WK\Compléments\Divers\Config.Cam
Source file: CamConfig.ccp (467).
What can I do to fix it?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

    Hello,

    Try renaming the "Statics" folder, located at: C:\ProgramData\Ciel (this folder is usually "hidden", so you need to "show hidden files"), and then restart the software.

      I am experiencing the same problem since this forced update and I need to submit my report by the end of the week.. I don't see which file needs to be renamed? Thank you in advance!!

      Hello,

      I have the same problem "damaged application config error 4 CamConfig.cpp (754)". This has happened to me twice before. So far, I renamed the statics file as indicated in your post, but now I renamed it and it still doesn't work. What should I do? Thank you.
