Following the Windows update, my Ciel Indépendant and Ciel Compta no longer open, and the following message is displayed:

Could you please help me as I haven't made a recent backup of my accounting data!!!

Should I reinstall the software? But I’m afraid of losing everything!

    Hello,

    Try this option: run it in Windows 7 compatibility mode (right-click on the executable >> properties >> compatibility)

    Otherwise, the 2015 updates have been released, they are compatible with Windows 8 and even tablets and touch screens.
