Question

Hello,

how to contact Free after recent cancellation when you can no longer access their services at 3244, to receive the return labels for the equipment

I have tried several times between 11 AM and 6 PM on their number 0892.... and nothing works, I can't reach them

so, if I don't have a phone number to reach them, I will drop the equipment at a police station in my city or at my lawyer's office and they will pick it up from there since I am tired of spending a fortune on the phone without getting any response.
What should I do?

PS: you need to choose option 2 and not option 1

option 1 would be for Free mobile

IMPORTANT: weigh your return package before sending it back to the operator, and send the package via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt

if you call the number 0892 13 51 61 and choose option 2, you will be connected to an operator who will send you an email

Ask the person handling your request to send you a download email for a Kiala or UPS label. These labels allow you to return the equipment to Free by dropping it off at a pick-up point, free of charge.

I don't see any fees in this procedure, apart from weighing your package and the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
