Printing issues with EBP commercial management software

It's all good. I didn't mean to come across as aggressive (it was more irony ^^).

In any case, has there been any change on your computer (update, printer change, ...)?
When you preview your sales document, does it display correctly on the screen?
Try with another print template. You can also try printing with another printer (like pdf creator, for example).
What’s surprising is that the wysiwyg "converts" the text into an image. I don’t understand why it only prints half.

Indeed, the EBP assistance contract does not include the setup of printing templates. But that's always been the case.
I don't know the old EBP (I worked on it a few years ago but quickly abandoned it for the Open Line version ^^), so I don't know what you are referring to regarding the price tags.
Have you tried this? --> Stock/Articles > Prints > Label with eco-contribution
You have a label grid with the items you have selected beforehand and the sale prices.

I share the same observation as you, for the same reasons and the same issues with labels. The strongest thing is that I am a reseller of EBP PE.
The only conclusion we draw after this forced transition is that EBP made poor technical choices during the database change (switching from C++ to SQL), and since then, they have been sinking deeper into their mistakes. The result: they are raising their prices to compensate for the exodus of their clients, and the latest news is that the maintenance contract will become MANDATORY!
Like you, I observe the lack of explanation and total silence regarding the follow-up of their flagship software: commercial management.
