Solution found: this problem comes from an automatic Windows update: The framework 4.5.1!
To solve the problem, simply uninstall the update
by going to Control Panel, Programs and Features, uninstall a program, and select the infamous framework 4.5.1. Choose uninstall and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once finished, EBP may not start at all, this is logical.
Then you need to download Framework 4.0 so that everything works again!
ADDRESS FOR 4.0: ---> http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/B/E/1BE39E79-7E39-46A3-96FF-047F95396215/dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe
Then install it.
Finally, you must block the Windows update so that it does not reinstall automatically. To do this, go to Windows Update (type Windows Update in Start, search programs and files)
Choose "check for updates". The infamous FRAMEWORK 4.5.1 should show up, uncheck it from the list, then right-click on it, and choose "hide the update". Click OK, then install the updates....wait, and restart the computer.
You are rid of this thing!

It works perfectly
When I think that after numerous calls to EBP and a 2 week wait, they have no solution, except to sell us the software a second time, even though we've had it for 1 year and 1 month, it's unacceptable on their part, they don't even have a sense of results, nor respect for clients.
A management software doesn't become obsolete so quickly but business is business
