[EBP] Issue transferring communication to account

I'm also having troubles with my transfer exceptionally... why doesn't anyone want to tell us where this damn file created for the transfer from management to accounting is located??? Just to be able to delete it!!
I've looked, I can't find it... it must exist after all???

I have an answer to your question, at least I think so. To cancel the transfer, I deleted files in the accounting folder located in EBP (to find it, look for the backup location, go up one folder, and you will find all the folders related to EBP.)
So I was saying, in your accounting file you need to delete files of the type transfer.btr; ventana.btr; in this case, I deleted quite a few files of the same type that were created on the day I requested the transfer, but these two should be enough.

If I'm not mistaken, normally, the entries transferred to accounting should be in simulation mode.
You go to DAILY/SIMULATION ENTRIES and follow the prompts in the dialog box.
In accounting, what is the length of the accounts?
You can check in TOOLS/MAINTENANCE/REFORMAT ACCOUNTS.
One piece of advice: Always make a backup of Gescom before making a transfer... and make a backup of Accounting before accepting a transfer.

We have been using EBP since 2004 (EBP accounting 2004) for the treasury of an association without any problems.
We decided to use it for our own accounting in 2010 to replace Money.
Our problem is that we can't program monthly operations such as EDF payments, taxes, etc.
It was very simple with Money, but EBP doesn't seem great!
It seems that this is called "subscription management," but we're struggling with the issue.

Hello Régis,

You need to go to Tools/Options and you will see different tabs for accounting. First, go to the Accounting tab and choose in the explorer where your Accounting folder is installed.
Then you need to fill in through the other tabs which accounting accounts you want to export to, for example, your sales will go to account number X.

I have a transfer problem in EBP Invoicing Accounting 2007.

I have made sales and I now want to transfer them to the accounting. I receive the following message:

"The management accounts are not properly filled in the account roots (discount and rebate)"

I want to transfer the payment methods (credit card, check...) from my cash register to track them in the accounting software. I have set up the payment methods, the bank, and the preferences folder, but nothing works.

When I validate the entries to close, I get a message telling me that I need to provide piece numbers for VAT on the receipts and that the validation is canceled. I don't have the options indicated in the help for yes or no; it's "ok" and it sends me back to the journals of entries.
