Epson XP-245 printing issue

Hello,

I bought a brand new Epson printer at Fnac the day before yesterday with Epson cartridges. However, it only prints blank pages or just half of what it's supposed to print. For example, I need to send a package and print a Colissimo label, but it only prints part of the label. I’ve tried everything—removing and reinserting the cartridges.
Anyway, I don't know what else to do.

    Check that the printer spooler is active for documents.

    In the control panel
    Right-click on the printer, then "printer properties", "advanced properties", and also check "start printing immediately".

      I have the same problem, I have followed the steps you recommend but it still doesn't work. Thank you in advance if you have another suggestion.
