Network SSID and password issues for video projector

Hello everyone,

I just bought a portable wireless projector. Yesterday, I managed to connect my phone and the projector. But today, when I turn on my projector, I can't connect to my phone, and the SSID and password have disappeared from the projector, which is very strange.
It also shows an address "HTTP://192.168.49.1"; it worked fine yesterday, and today this address is unreachable...

What should I do, guys?

      Thank you for your response, but in the topic you sent there is a similarity, but not that much. I find it strange that all of a sudden I can no longer access my projector. I tried some manipulations, but nothing works.

        All you have to do is reset it to factory settings and reconfigure it.
        If it happens again, it's off to the seller.

      Hi,
      I've already performed the factory reset which brings me back to zero but not the SSID, total hassle. I think the best solution is to go to the seller. Otherwise, try reconfiguring at: HTTP://192.168.49.1 if it works with the computer.
