Hello,
I have a quick question.
I have a modem at home that does not cover the entire house. I would like to replicate the WiFi signal to cover all the rooms in the house.
However, I would like to avoid having to disconnect and reconnect when I move from one access point to another, so I want to keep the same SSID.
Additionally, I've installed UTP outlets throughout the house. Therefore, I would like to connect via Ethernet to the new access point.
In summary: The modem provides the network to a router/access point via a wired connection. This new router/access point provides WiFi coverage with the same SSID as the existing network.
I am unsure about which range of equipment to turn to in order to achieve good results...
Thank you for your responses.
