Good evening everyone, I am new to the forum and I thank you in advance for your potential help. I am a novice in this area, so please be as straightforward as possible in your explanations.
Here is my issue: I just acquired a "Gigaset C530" landline phone. My old phone worked very well, but it was old and showing signs of weakness, so I reconnected the Gigaset in the same way as the old one, knowing that I have a Freebox. The problem is that I can make calls but I do not receive calls on the landline; I receive them on my mobile instead. I checked the call forwarding settings, and everything seems to be okay, including the call redirects. I do not understand unless I forgot something, but I do not know what it could be??? Please help me, thank you in advance.

Good evening,
Try resetting the Freebox by cutting off its power supply for a few dozen seconds.

Do you have a C530 (without answering machine - one button on the base) or a C530A (with built-in answering machine and multiple buttons on the base)?
What icons are present on the handset screen? Refer to page 53 of the manual (page 55 of the PDF below) for a precise description.

You say you receive calls on your mobile...
Do you get the caller directly or just the messages left by them?
You say I looked into call transfer and call forwarding, everything is OK. Was this verification done on the phone or with your operator?
How are transfers or call forwards managed with Free?

Hello, my phone is the C530 with a base that has one button. The icons displayed on the screen are
Alarm, call list, network service, voicemail, other functions, settings. I cannot receive calls; I can make calls. I checked the call forwarding and redirect settings on my phone, and finally, I don't know how call transfers and forwarding are managed at Free. Also, when someone dials my landline number, it rings on my mobile????- Ok C530 without built-in answering machine
Icons present: no icons indicating the reception strength or the battery charge status?
