Hello,
I have had a Gigaset C620A duo landline phone connected to a Bouygues box for several years. Everything was working perfectly until one day a long power outage disrupted everything. Since the power was restored to my electrical installation, my two landline phones:
-have their screens displaying the flashing message "no base." There is also a small blue circle with a red "ray" at the top left of the screen.
-there is no dial tone when I try to call.
-if I receive a call, the ringing is normal for the caller, but nothing happens on my two landline phones

I would be happy to receive a response from a "knowledgeable" person.
I thank in advance whoever can assist me.
P.S. I have restarted my box without success. I also unplugged the power supplies and removed the batteries from each phone for an hour before putting everything back together, without success.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.132

    Good evening,
It seems that your handsets have lost contact with their base.
Check that the base is properly powered; the display on the answering machine being on (if in service) makes this easy to verify.
Ensure that you are not in ECO mode (see manual page 36) (page 38 of the pdf).

Remove the batteries from the handsets for 30 seconds, then reinsert them (being careful with the orientation).

If this does not make the "No base" message disappear, you will need to re-register the handsets to the base.
Refer to the manual on page 40 (42 of the pdf below) in the section
    "Registration of handsets"
    The manual: https://www.comunic.fr/

Thank you very much for the tips. The breakdown was due to one of my grandsons who had the idea (based on your suggestion) to check if the main power supply was indeed connected. It wasn't. The repair was easy!
But I don't see the connection with the power outage.
A big thank you for guiding me.

No relation to the outage... unless during the power failure someone tampered with the socket and didn't put it back properly afterward.

That said, please avoid changing your username during the conversation..

        Glad I could help you.
