PC locked: Unable to connect to your account Solved

Question

Hello I have a desktop PC running Win10. One day it just started and got stuck on the message: <>. I am given the option to log off or ignore. The taskbar is empty If I choose Log off, it just goes in circles, always returning to the same place If I choose Ignore, the taskbar allows me to browse directories and files, back them up to USB, connect to the Internet. But I can't perform a Restore because Kaspersky won't allow me to. I can't disable Kaspersky or uninstall it. Applications can't be executed (apparently the EXEs are locked). I don't have access to the settings. For most system menus, I can access them using the right mouse button; otherwise, the left button indicates SYSTEM ERROR. If you could help me possibly create a system DVD or USB stick and tell me how to boot my PC from this device Thanks in advance. Note: I have a second PC where I can perform operations

Hello, So the news is, I no longer have access to the Internet. So I can't download anything or place online orders. The command line to access the F8 key is non-functional. So we need to boot from a CD or USB, but how? I don't have a bootable CD. Thank you for responding so quickly.

Hello Thank you, Malekal, for your response, but the problem is that I cannot access safe mode. Additionally, I can access Explorer, but I cannot run any executables, even from the USB drive. However, I was able to back up my data on that USB. There's only the bootable CD left, but I believe I need to access the BIOS, and I can't do that either, plus I don't have that CD. Should I buy it? Or should I just get rid of this computer! I've gone through quite a few of your tutorials, but I haven't found anything that fits my situation.

Here are my observations regarding your last post.  - Event Viewer not available  - New user accessible via CTRL+ALT+DELETE.  - I end up on  and I encounter the usual message . Hello, I resolved my problem without really knowing how. I tapped the F1 keys in particular while simultaneously pressing Windows and CTRL at startup. This led me to a system reset procedure that I accepted. The PC worked for 3 hours before getting stuck at 99% of the process. Completely froze. I forced a shutdown and then restarted. It then began reinstalling W10, which went well. Note that I would be losing all personal data, but it was already backed up. Apparently, you can choose the reinstall without losing data, but I wanted a completely new PC. So we can mark the problem as resolved. And thanks for the help I received. The tutorials provided me with a bit of knowledge.

Once you've reinstalled everything and everything is working,  I invite you to create a system image now that you have a stable Windows. => How to create a Windows system image This system image can be restored at any time, including Windows, updates, and installed programs.
