Hello,
Today I turned on my PC (which I bought 15 days ago) and I have an American Megatrends page displaying at startup.

CPU: Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-6098P CPU @ 3.60GHz
Total memory: 4096 (DDR4-2133)
USB Devices total: 0 drive, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 0 Hub

Press F1 to run SET UP

So, I press F1 but then? I don't understand where the problem comes from and how to resolve it.

To access Windows 10, go directly to the UEFI BIOS favorites and disable the numeric lock.

Thank you. Your advice was helpful; I now have access to Windows. However, the American Megatrends page still appears, although it goes away after that, which suggests there may be a problem.

Sure, that's already something.

What's not normal is that you're having errors after 15 days on a new PC. However, try a reinstall, you never know. But as you said, this suggests a problem that I think is hardware-related, so personally, I would take it back to the store.

Personally, the only time I saw this message was because of a problem with the RAM. But don't worry, bringing it back is the best solution.

No, it's stuck on the page. The only thing I can do is press F1.
The screen shows asus UEFI BIOS utility advanced mode.

I probably need to change something but I don’t know what.
I really can't see where the problem is coming from.

So the fact that the BIOS page is displaying instead of Windows is not normal. It should detect the SSD (P1: SanDisk SD8SBATI28G1002) and boot Windows.

We can see that it "sees the disk" but does not boot the system.

Have you changed anything? Did something happen before?

Because it seems that the SSD is either empty or there is another issue.
In the BIOS, there should be a place that determines the boot order of the PC (here it should automatically go to P1, but I doubt that this is the problem IF you haven't changed anything, considering the PC is only 15 days old).

I think a little return to the seller would be an option.

I followed your recommendations. The problem is still there.
I followed the advice of rossi46du77 and my Windows is restarting.
I turned off the computer and upon restarting, I still see the American Megatrends screen which then disappears and the Windows page appears.
I now have access to the Windows startup. What can I do now to resolve the underlying problem?
