Hello,

I wanted to see what the new version of Yahoo Mail is like, but it is less convenient and less visually appealing. I would also like to return to the old version of Yahoo Mail. Can you help me reinstall it?

Thank you

    Hello,

go to Crantée street, then click on "Settings":
Click on the "Mail Display" tab (on the left). Then choose the "Basic" version (the version before November 2013), and click on "Save".

      Thank you!

I followed your instructions and it actually took me back to a version significantly earlier than the one I wanted! So since I didn't want that either, I clicked on a bunch of things and found myself on the page I was after. Don't ask me how I did it, I can't explain it.... I found the email inbox I wanted, and that's what matters....

      Hello Jean Michel,

I went to Settings (gear icon) and clicked on: "old version" (below the aesthetic setting options). I was asked why I wanted to leave, I answered and I found the old version again. Good luck!

I went to settings, clicked on "go back to the old version," scrolled through the reasons (they ask why you want to leave the new version) and chose "it's not suitable for me," then confirmed, and TA-DAAA!!
