BLACK SCREEN FAILURE "SCART"

Hello,
When I turn on my PHILIPS television, the PHILIPS logo appears, followed by the "SCART" message for a few seconds, then the screen remains desperately black.
What should I do?

    Hello and welcome,
    Your TV turns on by default to the Scart input, change the input by pressing the source or input button on the remote control

    If you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Unfortunately, I do not have access to the menu; the screen remains black when I press this key or any other, my situation may be hopeless... :-/
